Seven wonders of the world

Quizz time: name the 7 wonders of the ancient world! I am sure many of you have tried to answer this but it is actually very difficult to find all seven. Com'on, try it without reading below.



I found an animation on the Guardian web site mixing the seven wonders of the ancient world as well as the seven natural wonders of the world, the seven alternative wonders of the world and the seven 20th century wonders of the world (although this last one has no real interest). Good for your knowledge and for travel ideas.

OK, here are the seven wonders of the ancient world:
- the Great Pyramid of Giza, Egypt
- the Hanging Gardens of Babylon
- the Statue of Zeus at Olympia
- the Temple of Artemis in Ephesus
- The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus
- The Colossus of Rhodes
- The Lighthouse of Alexandria
